This week marks Ideal Standard’s first appearance at HIX, a two-day event aimed at hotel interiors professionals.
Beginning yesterday, HIX is Europe’s biggest hotel design show, welcoming over 3,500 visitors and featuring 200 exhibitors.
We have taken a prominent position at stand two in London’s Business Design Centre, promoting the Atelier Collections as a way of elevating hotel interiors.
Ranges showcased include Linda X, Conca, Ipalyss and Tipo Z, as well as the Blend Cube and Blend Curve WCs.
Also prominent on the stand is the innovative Ceratherm Navigo built-in shower valve, which features push-button technology that makes temperature and flow selection easy, safe and intuitive – a key consideration for hotels.
We are also exhibiting our PVD finishes on the T125 exposed shower system, with Brushed Gold, Magnetic Grey and Silver Storm available alongside a traditional chrome.
The colour range marks the first time Ideal Standard has used PVD finishes on exposed shower systems.
Non-Residential Marketing Manager Anil Madan said: “HIX is one of the most important design events of the year, and we’re excited to be exhibiting for the first time.
“Both the Atelier Collections and Ceratherm Navigo shower valves are perfect for designers and specifiers looking to elevate design in hotel spaces so we are really reaching a key target audience through this event."
He added: “We have been very busy with visits from some great people, including architects, interior designers and specifying customers.
"That includes people from a major hotel brand who have a project starting shortly and enquired if we have the type of bathroom products they’re looking to include, which we do.
"Our sales guys have said it’s been as busy as any stand they have worked on and the quality of people visiting and interest in the products has been fantastic."
