Our new flushplate range helped in a significant taking share win over Geberit.
The specification for Crawley Civic Centre in West Sussex includes 84 ProSys frames, Tesi wall hung pans, Jasper Morrison urinals, Solea chrome flushplates and Doc M packs.
It is worth £81,000 overall to the business, with £15,000 of that taken from Geberit.

Key Account Manager Darren Fisher had been talking to the mechanical and electrical contractor about our new flushplate range and using our products to meet the AUK1 water regulations.
He said: “Initially they had specified a coloured flushplate. Ultimately, they went with chrome but the fact we have the flush plate range meant that we weren’t ruled out early on when they wanted a colour finish. The fact we could offer it meant that discussions could continue.
“I was talking to them on a regular basis. We had lots of discussions about what support frame he should use and eventually I steered him round to ProSys away from Geberit.”

barton-640-x-490 Another win for Darren is Barton Court Academy in Canterbury, which involved heavy engagement with the architect and the contractor to secure the £109,000 project, including changing elements with an open specification to our products.
He said: “The contractor and architect had a bit of a spec which the contractor had signed off and the communication and dialogue between us was excellent.
“There was no tap or cistern spec so through that dialogue with them they agreed to specify our products for taps, cisterns and some of the basins.
“It was great because the engagement with the key people allowed us to increase the value of the specification and resulted in a very a positive outcome for us.”
