An exclusive manor house development will see some of the first Atelier Collections products installed in the UK.
Court Stairs Manor in Ramsgate, Kent, will see the conversion of the main house into seven apartments and the addition of seven three-storey houses.
Developed by Inspired Assets, it is worth £120,000 to the business with a product mix including Joy brassware, Conca basins and furniture, Concept Air toilets, Tesi and Bormida baths, and Ceratherm showers.
Specification Manager Darin Clay said: “We supplied some products for another conversion and they loved it so that led to another opportunity with this development.
“They want the aesthetic to look very hotel-like and expensive which is why they’ve gone for Atelier with the basins and taps.
“They really liked the Joy brassware and the Conca basin with all the different sizes was a real driver as they have used the basins from 500mm up to 1200mm.”
He added: “They have two more projects coming up this year and they are looking to unify the specifications right across the board, and the fact Atelier is new and has longevity is one of the reasons they have made this choice.
“Inspired Assets don’t build anything new. They convert existing buildings and they have a lot of Airbnb properties, which is why they like the hotel look.”
Work has begun on Court Stairs Manor and orders are expected from June onwards.
