The Trade Team have yet again eclipsed their latest challenge, despite doubling their initial target.
The final total of exercise completed by the team between 4 and 29 January stands at 13,632 minutes, beating their target by 1,632, even though large parts of the country have been hit by heavy rain and snow recently.
That means that each member of the 11-strong team has exercised on average 48 minutes per day, whether that’s running, walking, cycling or training at home.
The aim of the challenge was to improve members’ mental and physical health, and to ensure they took time away from their desks every day.

Liam said: “This is another fantastic effort by the team. Having the target to work towards has helped us keep motivated through the shorter days and the miserable weather.
“What’s great to see is that different members of the team are contributing in different ways. We’ve had some people walking for hours and hours this month!”
