Colleagues who have an Ideal Standard pension are being reminded of the ways in which they can check how much theirs is worth.
Ideal Standard employees who have a workplace pension now have access to the MyAviva online portal. With your MyAviva account, you will be able to:
• Get an up-to-date valuation of your pension as easily as checking an online bank account
• Monitor how your pension is performing using a range of tools
• Choose and switch funds your pension is invested in
• Add or update beneficiaries

One key feature of MyAviva is the ability to also access it via the MyAviva app to give easy access on the go. Anyone who hasn’t already can download it from the App Store or Google Play

If you’re not already registered for MyAviva

Watch out for an email from Aviva telling you how to activate your account. This will include a unique activation code.
In some instances, Aviva may need to speak directly with you to verify some of your personal information so you can successfully register for MyAviva. In this case, you may receive a letter or email from them providing a telephone number to contact them.

Unlocking your account to enable full access to the tools and features to help you manage your pension

Once you’ve registered for MyAviva, you’ll need to answer a couple of security questions to access your pension details, so it may be useful to have your policy documents to hand. Alternatively, you can unlock with photo verification using a valid UK driving licence or passport.
If you do not get a communication, or if you have any problems, you can contact Aviva on 0800 015 6034. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and the call is free of charge from UK mobiles and landlines. Calls may be recorded or monitored.
Please note that any notifications relating to your My Money pension (or savings products if you hold them) will continue to be sent to the email address we hold on your My Money account. As such, please make sure that your My Money email address is kept up to date.
