Colleagues are being reminded of a number of changes to personnel which have been made as part of a restructure of the Human Resources team.
Vikki Atkin has been appointed to the new role of Senior HR Business Partner, UK and Ireland, while Debbie Harlock continues in her role of Senior HR Business Partner, Organisational Development, picking up additional responsibilities for some UK functions.
Three new posts are also being created, including the HR Business Partner, Head Office position.
Reporting into this new post will be an HR Coordinator to provide additional support for the Armitage site and a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment activity.

HR director Mike Kelly said: “The restructure is designed to facilitate an HR service delivery model that is aligned with current operational requirements and facilitates a move to a managers “self-service” model.”
