Another new relationship with a fast-growing modular builder is showing promise across the full range of residential products.
An approach from East Sussex-based Boutique Modern saw Specification Manager Joe Munday pitching to the company’s Buyer and Managing Director, focussing on our ability to offer three brands suitable for everything from social housing to private projects.
This was important to the company as their work spans everything from high-end bespoke homes to housing association schemes, including a 12-flat development which is our latest win with the company.
Despite being a social housing project, the apartments will have Concept Air sanitaryware and furniture throughout, with Idealrain dual exposed shower kits and Calista brassware.

Joe said: “We have won three sites with Boutique Modern in the short period we have worked with them, albeit two on a small scale.
“Their construction method means they are able to build quicker and cheaper than competitors, which allows the specifications to be of a higher level, even with housing associations.
“This enables them to drive a distinctive brand identity into the market and supports their ambitious growth plans, which we hope to be a part of.”

Boutique Modern can be seen on Grand Designs: The Street, which is currently showing on Channel 4, in Pauline and Godfrey’s project, which is yet to air.
