News and information will be beamed out across the business from next month on large TV screens throughout Hull and Armitage.
The screens will be installed at nine locations across offices, plant and warehouse as part of our continued drive to improve internal communications.
They will feature a mix of news stories, performance updates, jobs, health and safety information and more, and will be inclusive of UK commercial and operations people and topics.
Managing Director Stephen Ewer said: “These TV screens are the next phase in our internal communications strategy, which has seen the introduction of The Bubble and “Circle” meetings, and the reinstatement of the comms call.
“They will help us to reach people who do not work at a computer and therefore miss out on a lot of the news and information that we communicate internally.
“Working with our colleagues in the plants and warehouses, they will also help us to be more inclusive of all Ideal Standard International colleagues in the UK.”
