Villeroy & Boch has strengthened its UK sales leadership team with two key appointments, reinforcing our focus on driving growth across retail, wholesale and residential channels.
Rob Osborne has joined as Sales Channel Director for Retail & Wholesale, while Elliot Smith takes on the role of Sales Channel Director for Residential. Together, the appointments bring significant sector expertise into two of the business’ core growth areas.
Rob brings more than 18 years’ experience in sales leadership across consumer and household products, most recently leading UK & Ireland Retail & Office Channel Sales at 3M. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening performance across retail and wholesale channels, improving execution with key partners and supporting continued expansion in core UK markets.
Elliot joins with a strong specification background, having previously been Sales Director – Specification at Vado and holding earlier experience at Grohe. He will lead the residential channel, with responsibility for developing relationships with developers, merchants, architects and designers, and driving specification growth across key residential projects.
For the UK business, these appointments are about building deeper channel expertise at a time of continued growth. They strengthen leadership capability in two critical areas of the market and support a sharper focus on delivering against strategic sales objectives.
Lisa Whitfield, Managing Director UK Cluster, said: “As Villeroy & Boch continues its growth trajectory, it is important we have strong leadership guiding our sales channels.
“Rob and Elliot bring significant experience and expertise that will help strengthen our partnerships and support our ambitions in the UK market.”
