Two colleagues are celebrating apprenticeship achievements as professional development continues to support growth in their careers.
Residential and Retail Team Leader Jack Wainwright has successfully completed his Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship after nearly two years of study.
He said: “I have benefited massively from this apprenticeship, learning valuable new skills that I can take into future roles to help me progress.
“It has given me the confidence that I am ready to take the next step in my career. I’d like to thank the business for the opportunity, as well as my coaches and trainers for their support throughout the journey.”
In addition to Jack’s achievement, Order Fulfilment Team Leader Lucy Swarbrooke has been named Apprentice of the Month for March by the apprenticeship provider BMS Progress.
Lucy was nominated by her coach, Krystian, who highlighted her resilience, strong work ethic and willingness to step outside her comfort zone.
He noted clear progress in her confidence, particularly in leading 1-2-1s with her team and delivering presentations, alongside consistently strong performance.
