A new partnership with Graham The Plumbers’ Merchant is aiming to make Armitage Shanks the go-to brand for installers with local repair, maintenance and improvement (RMI) projects.
Named Essential Trade Solutions, it will see branches across the country stocking a core range of 22 products, including urinals, WCs, Doc M packs, brassware and cleaners’ sinks.

Channel Marketing Manager Ilika Copeland said: “We are delivering a core commercial range into Graham’s branches so that if an installer has an urgent repair or maintenance job, then Armitage Shanks is their first choice.
“If it’s an emergency, if our product isn’t in stock, they will go with someone else so it’s about always having stock available and Graham have invested in their stock profile with us.”

National Account Controller Alex Hooley said: “Graham’s strategy is to become the number one destination for the local installer so we are partnering with them in this strategy.”
Trade Essentials is supported by a dedicated brochure, point of sale and training from the field sales team to help branch staff ask the right questions to find out what is the right product.

BBQGraham recently held their popular and longstanding annual barbecue summer event, which has become a fixture in the trade calendar, at their flagship branch in Coventry.
