A small development of luxury homes in East Yorkshire has cemented a new relationship with a local developer.
The four-plot development in Pocklington by Zenith has Connect Air specified as standard across the bathrooms, cloakrooms and en-suites, with the option available to the buyer of upgrading to Atelier Collections products.
Business Development Manager Mustafa Rahman has put the specification together with the support of Key Account Manager Emma Gore.
Mustafa said: “Zenith are just the sort of customer I’ve been aiming for as they work primarily in non-residential projects such as healthcare and education but they are also branching out more into residential.
“Calum, the MD of Zenith, wants to use our brand in these houses because of the history of our brand as well as the experience to assist him with their portfolio.
“Emma’s support has been really helpful as this is the first time I’ve worked on a build from the start.”
Even though the project is still in its early stages, two of the four plots have been reserved.
