Seeing i.life in person at the London Design and Specification Centre helped secure a taking share win worth £110,000 to the business.
The Port Street project in Manchester is made up of 481 apartments, developed by Select Property and installed by MWA Ecosystems.
Pete Tonge, Key Account Manager – Highrise & Hotel Channel, said: “The opportunity came about as I took MWA down to the LDSC last year where they saw the i.life product in the flesh and really liked the look of it.
“Off the back of this visit I was presented with the opportunity of the Port Street project which was originally a full Vitra specification but they wanted me to spec and price the i.life range for the sanitaryware, which we did.
“We are now getting the order for the complete project, which is a fantastic result.”
