This is your chance to help colleagues earn the recognition they deserve through our annual employee awards.
Nominations are now open so you can shine a light on the outstanding achievements of team members or people from elsewhere in the business who you think deserve to be highlighted for what they do.
Every year we nominate colleagues for employee awards that are given out at the Annual Commercial Conference.
While these are usually awarded at the conference, they are in fact open to all of our UK business colleagues, not just those who attend the conference.
This year there are six categories of awards:
• Hit The Ground Running – aimed at colleagues who are new starters or new to a role or responsibilities
• UK Outstanding Achiever – Those who are smashing it on every level
• Ireland Outstanding Achiever – Same but over the water ????
• Team Player – Our colleagues who go out of their way to support others
• Team of the Year – The team or department who are making a difference
• Above & Beyond – Who is that person that really goes that extra mile to make our business better?
Marketing Director Leanne Martin said: “This is the first time all colleagues have had the opportunity to submit nominations for an award so we’re encouraging people to think about who they think deserves recognition and to get theirs in now.
“So much fantastic work goes on throughout the business and this is our chance to celebrate that and the people who make Ideal Standard what it is.”

To complete the nominations, an entry is required into each field. If you do not wish to nominate someone for each category, please add “N/A” to those fields so you can complete the form.
Nominations will close on Friday 20 January so please ensure you submit in advance. All nominations will be collated and sent to the final vote with the CLT and awarded on 26 January at the UK commercial conference.
