A new employee referral initiative on public washrooms has been launched to run throughout November and December.
The scheme aims to help maximise the impact of new products such as Intellimix and Sensorflow E taps and Sphero urinals, and will run alongside an external campaign – Hygiene Redefined – which will be rolled out this year and into 2022.
Referrals made by an employee will automatically go into consideration for a Hygiene Redefined award at the 2022 Together for Better awards.
Managing Director Dave Barber said: “With hygiene at the forefront of people’s minds never has there been a time when customers have needed more reassurance, expertise and knowledge in washrooms in public spaces.
“This group-wide initiative is the first of its kind that engages Ideal Standard employees in supporting the company in acquiring new potential leads for non-residential public washroom projects by using your own network of family and friends.
“Do you know someone who owns, manages or works in an office, university, restaurant, hotel, café, shopping mall, football stadium or in fact any facility outside of the home which needs a new washroom?
“This is a great opportunity to really engage with your personal friends and family, and have the chance to understand our product portfolio with many new innovative product developments. Feel proud for being part of the Ideal Standard family.”
