Healthy Eating
A healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health and can help you feel your best. What you eat and drink has a major impact on your overall health, affecting both your physical fitness and mental wellbeing.
This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions and consuming the right amount of food and drink to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
Here are some nutrition tips:
• Combine your food
• Make time to eat with those you love
• Have a plan of action
• Plan, prepare and store healthy meals for the week
• Get real with your food
• Get to know your body
• One meal won’t "make" or "break" your health
• Stay hydrated
• Don’t forget if you are on site, there is always a range of fresh fruit provided
If you want to know more, take a look through this information sheet provided by Bravo Benefits.
